ACI Auto Body Shop provides a full range of auto body and collision repair services for all makes and models of automobiles. ACI Auto Body is a family-owned and operated business since 1986. Our staff includes outstanding technicians with I-CAR training and certification, many with over 30 years’ experience in the industry. We make it our goal to provide the best quality workmanship and customer service in this industry, and it has paid off! Starting in a much smaller shop, ACI Auto Body Shop continuous attention to detail and customer service has helped us to expand, requiring us to move to a larger shop in just five years in order to accommodate our growing list of clients and referrals. We have extensive knowledge and experience in automotive industry.

Insurance Claims

We work with all insurance companies, once you receiving an estimate from your Insurance adjuster we can then start to repair your vehicle using his estimate as guide or starting point, if we find additional damages (parts and or labor) a supplement will be generated and will be submitted to your insurance company for approval. We will also keep you updated thought the repair process. You should also know that you have the right to choose any repair shop even if they are not in your insurance company list or DRP (Direct repair program) WE do have Lifetime warranty on all of our repairs. If you do not intend to use your insurance for the repairs we will work with you to get you the best outcome.

Parts Installed

We use only approved parts as specified by you or your insurance company. Below are descriptions of the types of parts used in collision repair.

NEW OEM: Parts These parts come from the Original Equipment Manufacturer ('OEM') for your vehicle: either the manufacturer of your vehicle or the source formerly or currently used by your manufacturer for parts for your vehicle. They have never been on another vehicle.

SALVAGE PARTS: these are OEM parts that have been removed from another vehicle of your make and model.

REMANUFACTURED or REBUILT: OEM parts that have been removed from another vehicle and been repaired to 'as new' condition. They are from the same source as the damaged parts that will be replaced,

AFTERMARKET: Parts that have been manufactured to replace OEM parts by companies other than the OEM.
